Refunds and Cancellations:

Group Class fees are non-refundable once a client has signed up for a series of classes. This includes any attendees who have only taken the free trial class but have signed up afterwards or at any time before their next class. Fees may be applied to future group class sessions or transferred to another person but must be completed within six months. They cannot be applied to private sessions or any other service.

Group classes are also transferable to any other location or any other level of class. In addition, our group classes are offered on a rotating basis, so if you miss a class, you are more than welcome to make it up. We will allow you to retake any 2 lesson plans for any reason.

As an alternate option, you are free to GIFT these classes to any family member or a friend for up to one full year if you have taken 3 classes or less. They can be given away as a Birthday present, Christmas present or Wedding gift to any personal friend or family member you choose, so long as their dog is non-aggressive and is the appropriate weight size for the class.

Private session(s) refunds are not offered for any reason. Once a package of training sessions are bought, they cannot be refunded. Fees may be applied to future training sessions or transferred to a different trainer but must be completed within six months. There will be a $100.00 non-refundable cancellation charge for all private appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we will be happy to defer your appointment to a future date.
